Hello Dear Soul,
I am so happy you landed here!
Whether your intuition led you here or you heard about me through a friend, you’re here for a reason.
Maybe you have built up stress or trauma that needs to be released.
Maybe you are realizing that you have been disconnected to your body for quite some time.
Maybe you deal with anxiety, depression and/or overwhelm, and the route of fixing the mind hasn’t fully worked well.
And maybe, like me, you are a highly sensitive and/or a highly empathic person, and you are looking for ways to self regulate while still honoring the beauty of your sensitivity.
Whatever the reason, know that you are seen and that it is possible to come back home and feel safe in your body again.
I know because I suffer from anxiety and am prone to depression – all because I learned that I am a highly sensitive/empathic person. Which means, I absorb other people's energy very easily.
Getting connected to my body was the only way that helped me overcome these obstacles.
Massage therapy is a tactile practice that I really connected to because I could use my gifts as an empath toward helping others, and managing all the energies that I absorb through this work has been something I struggled with for a while - until I found Somatic healing.
Through bodywork, I learned so much about the body, how it holds tension and trauma, and the human condition. It was only natural that somatics came next because bodywork was already a somatic practice.
Somatic movement came to me intuitively while I was in deep meditation years ago. My body had the urge to move, and instead of letting my ego take over to "keep still", I followed the instinct to move freely. I moved from a space of allowing my body to take the lead, and it was the most freeing feeling that I had ever felt up until that point.
Most recently, I found breathwork, and again I felt that liberation!
Finding all of these tools have been life saving for me, and for this reason, I feel called to share them all with you.
They all have something in common - they all connect you to the wisdom of your body.
As you wander throughout the pages of my site, my hope is that you find that I have made it my life's work to help a dissociated world become connected again. Because, when we are fully embodied and connected within, we are capable of moving through life liberated and as the most authentic version of ourselves. We are sovereign and in our power.
